What products does Carol's Carpet offer?

We service the tri-country area with all flooring types: carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile and vinyl. We also offer solid granite, marble and travertine counter tops.

How do I clean my new carpet?

Carpet should be cleaned bi-weekly. Carpet fibers can become damaged by harsh chemicals and only mill recommended cleaners should be used. If there is a spill that will not come out, the mills offer a 24/7 hotline so that a stain can be treated immediately.

How do I care for my new hardwood or laminate?

Carol's Carpet recommends bi-weekly cleaning with a dry or damp mop. Mill approved cleaners should always be used and can cleaners are listed in the care and maintenance sections of the mill website.

How do I care for my new tile, vinyl and luxury vinyl tile?

These products can be dry, damp or wet mopped and cleaned with non-detergent cleaners. Consult the mill websites for recommended cleaners.

What payment methods are available and when is payment due?

Carol's Carpet accepts all major credit cards, check or cash, and we offer financing. A payment of half down is required at the time of order, unless there is approved financing, and the balance is due upon completion.
